I would like to share a little about color therapy today.
The tool I originally used is a set of 12 colors called “color bottles.”
I loved the way they gently move and shimmer, but they were a bit heavy and not very easy to carry around.
Someone asked me, “Could you make them with stained glass?” before.
That idea stayed in my mind. Around the same time, I was given many pieces of sample glass, and it felt like the right moment to try making a color therapy tool using stained glass.
They are designed to be placed on a hexagram shape, and the size fits comfortably in your hand.
I also made sure that each piece of the sample glass was fully used.
One of the unique charms of stained glass is how the same color can look different when light passes through it.
More than anything, I hope this can be a small opportunity for people who have never experienced stained glass before to feel,
“It’s beautiful,” or “I’d like to touch it.”
A colleague had mentioned before that she wanted to try color therapy once the busy winter season was over.
When I started making these, I received a message saying, “How about tomorrow?”
With that momentum—and a strong wish to have everything ready in time—I completed all 12 colors at once.
I find it interesting how timing and flow sometimes come together like this.
To match the colors of the original bottles, I carefully chose each piece from a large collection of sample glass.

At the time, I hadn’t realized it yet, but I had forgotten to include one color—blue.
I added it later and was able to complete all 12 colors.
And today, I used the freshly made stained glass color tools for an actual color therapy session.
The colleague who tried it this time had almost no experience with fortune-telling or therapy before, and said they were a bit skeptical at first.
Even so, she decided to give it a try out of curiosity about something new.

After the color therapy session, I received these thoughtful words:
“I’m glad I was able to learn about the power and meaning of colors.
It made me feel that, in some way, my past and my future might be guided.
It was a precious time to pause and reflect again.”
Hearing this left a strong impression on me.
Starting from a simple feeling of “I was just a little curious to try it,”
it naturally led to a deeper experience—one that allowed them to turn their attention inward, which is the essence of color therapy.
That, in itself, meant a lot to me.
Along with that, the unique beauty of light and color in stained glass added another layer to the experience.
I also heard comments like, “Just looking at it lifts my spirits.” After seeing a pair of stained glass earrings displayed in my home, she said, “I’d love a pair like this in this color!”—and asked if I could make a pair for her.
It is often said that the colors we are naturally drawn to can become our lucky colors.
The feeling of “liking” something lifts our mood in a positive way, making it easier to attract positive energy and good flow into our lives.
When you feel like pausing for a moment and turning inward,
or when you want to explore feelings that are hard to put into words through color—
I would be happy if this could be a gentle, supportive experience for you.
Even if it’s just a small thought like, “I’m a little curious…” that’s more than enough.
