The other day, I held an online Meister course with someone who had applied for a Birth Color reading.
Even though we met through online, we discovered unexpected things in common and felt a truly beautiful connection.
Inspired by her Birth Color, and centered around a color she loved, I created a small pair of earrings for her.
I created these earrings with the hope that they would help her shine even more brightly as herself.
And if she ever finds herself pausing or feeling uncertain,
I hope they might become like a small talisman—gently encouraging her forward.
I made them with that intention in my heart,
When I sent her a photo of the finished piece, I received a message far more heartfelt than I had imagined, and my heart felt quietly warmed.
To be honest, there are still areas where my skills are developing.
They may not have the flawless perfection of mass-produced pieces.
But there is one thing I can say with confidence.
I create with all my heart for the person I wish to reach.
Holding one person in mind,
imagining her colors,
envisioning how the light will pass through and bring the piece to life—
The time spent in that process means everything to me.
Knowing that this feeling was truly received
made me realize once again that I want to continue this work.
